Homestead Hollow - Webelos

Homestead Hollow

To fulfill the Boy Scout oriented outdoor activity requirement for Arrow of Light, Webelos may participate with Troop 134 at Homestead Hollow. Troop 134 helps carry purchases to patron’s vehicles and accepts tips to benefit the Troop activities. Webelos will be paired up with the older boys (Boy Scouts).

Troop 134 leaders will be on site:
Saturday May 8th 8:30-5:00 & Sunday May 9th 8:30-5:00

Webelos must wear:
Class A uniform shirt; Webelos hat is recommended
- Remove activity pins as this is an outdoor activity

Scouts in uniform can enter Homestead Hollow for free. It is uncertain but they might allow parents to bring scouts to the Scout tent / pavilion for free. The pavilion should be set up in front of the Homestead Hollow office.

If you and your family plan to attend Homestead Hollow while the Webelos participate with the Troop please be prepared to pay the Homestead Hollow Admission rates:
Adults $7.00
Children ages 3 - 12 $3.00.
Children 2 and under free.
Free parking
No pets.

Please contact me if your scout will attend so that I may notify the Troop leadership. I plan to attend Sunday May 9th from 8:30-1:00. I suggest the Webelos spend four hours participating and have water or funds to purchase water so they can stay hydrated. Don’t forget snack / meal too!

Thank you,

Keith
